You've been trying to change something in your life, and no matter what you try, nothing really seems to change.
You're fed up. Frustrated. Running out of ideas.
Me too, for years. Not because what I tried was wrong, but because nobody helped me really get beneath all that trying.
You've attended seminars and webinars. Taken online and offline courses. Listened to the podcasts. Followed the gurus. Read the books. Gained qualifications... even had some coaching.
So much money. So much time. So much effort. And for what?
You know the cycle. You show up again. Hopeful. Determined. This time it'll be different.
You have insights. You make changes. Maybe you even have a breakthrough that feels like it could change your life.
And for a while, it does.
Then a few months later, you realise you're asking the same questions all over again.
It's not hard to see why, eventually, you end up staring out the window thinking...
"What's the bloody point? Maybe it's me."
I'm not some coach reciting a framework. No — I'm someone who's lived it.
Why not give yourself twenty minutes to have a genuine conversation with someone who may actually understand what you've been going through? We'll talk about what's been going on for you, what you might want to change, where you feel stuck, what you actually want. You'll get a sense of who I am along the way, but the conversation is about you, not me.
Most of the time, people don't come to me because they need more information. They come because they're tired of going round in circles.
I won't pretend to have all the answers. But I won't bullshit you either.
It can be surprising what shifts in twenty minutes. A different question. Another perspective. Who knows where it might lead.
After my marriage ended, I recognised that I'd never really been me. I'd been the daughter of my family. I'd been the wife of my husband — and I hadn't been happy as either of those women.
Who was I? Who was Barbara?
It took time. Deep honesty. And some very uncomfortable truths.
Years of committing to personal development — not the surface kind, but real work at the level of identity. Peeling back who I'd been told to be, to find who I actually was.
And I discovered who I was. Who I had always been. And always will be. Strong.
And I began to show up in the world more authentically and confidently.
I tell you this because there's nothing special about me. I'm a pretty ordinary single mum from South West London, who went out and not only learnt how to change, but put the learning into action.
And honestly — if I can change, so can you. Is it easy? No. Is it worth it? Absolutely.
So come have a virtual coffee with me. You bring your crap, and I'll bring an honest, down to earth, straightforward, encouraging approach — real-world personal development facilitation.
Yeah — that's me. Or, as I like to say: "huh, that's interesting..."
Wherever you are on your journey, and whatever you've done so far, sometimes a new perspective can help. That's what a "virtual" coffee with me is. And that may be the start of something you want to take further.
And to let you know: I don't believe in months and months of "personal development" with no end in sight. I want you to progress and to stay in charge of your journey — always free to stop, check in, and carry on independently, based on how far you've come.
I also understand money is tight right now. So if you can pay for all three sessions in advance, I'm offering a genuine 25% discount — just £135 for the three weeks, that's £45.00 per session instead of the usual £60.
Three weeks is enough time to get real progress going — some accountability, clear actions, and a proper look at what's actually been stopping you, and ways to get over those obstacles.
If you'd rather pay as you go, sessions are £60 each.
There's absolutely no pressure. You get to decide — that's the whole point.
There's a saying: you don't know what you don't know until you know. That's exactly what the twenty-minute chat is for — finding out what it is you don't know that's been getting in the way of you progressing.
"Barbara shifted my mindset from negative and defeatist to positive and empowering. I was stuck and couldn't see a way forward. I now have a focus and plan."
— Sheenagh Davis
"Barbara is a breath of fresh air — she takes no nonsense, but in a kind, firm way. I feel safe in the space she creates, which only means deeper and more meaningful change takes place."
— Penny F.
"Barbara knew just when to push and when to wait for me to find the answer within myself. The garden metaphor hit so hard and in such a great way — it was just the tool I needed to move me out of my head and into my heart."
— Heather
We'll start with a Virtual Coffee — a genuine 20-minute conversation about what's going on for you, and where you want to go.
If you got some value from the coffee, and think I could help you get where you want to go, we move on to step 1 — but only if that's what you want.
We book a time, and before our first session, I send you a Wheel of Life to complete. It gives us an honest picture of where things stand right now and helps us decide where to start.
Once a week, 40 minutes, on Zoom. Three weeks.
You'll leave every session with a clear action to take before we meet again. Understanding is important, but understanding without action rarely changes anything.
If you'd like to have a three-week trial with me, we move onto the next step — only if that's what you want.
Three weeks gives us enough time to build real understanding and start creating meaningful change, without making the process feel open-ended.
That's it. That's the invitation.
